third task # 1 - Student perspective - Krzysztof Jurdzinski and Ireen de Vries
A conversation between two students in Molecular Techniques in Life Science (a joint programme between Karolinska Institutet, Stockholm University and KTH), Krzysztof Jurdzinski and Ireen de Vries, both engaged in the environmental movement. Studying a very research-focused program, the students discuss how they see the role of science, academia and themselves in transforming our uncertain future.
third task # 2 - Complexities of climate change conversations – Linn Rabe and Kara Tai
A conversation between post-doctorate researcher Linn Rabe (Environmental Sociology) and master’s student Kara Tai (Sustainable Development). From academic perspectives, they discuss the difficulties that encompass maintaining climate change conversations, such as the conflicting emotions that may arise with individualized responsibilities while living under complex societal systems. Additionally, they explore the driving forces of how our unjust and unsustainable society reached its current point, as well as the transformations needed to create an equitable and sustainable future.
third task # 3 - climate ethics - Olle Torpman and Daniel Vamos
A conversation about climate ethics between a post-doctoral researcher in climate ethics Olle Torpman and environmental student Daniel Vamos about climate ethics. The conversation touches upon different ideologies and values, and how we can discuss the climate crisis and action despite these differences. Why do we disagree on climate solutions? How we should talk to people with different ideologies and values? How we could include conservative parties in discussions about climate? Are humans really only egoistic? How not to create new exclusion and injustices in course of green transformation?

Mindre men bättre kött?
